The Project Management Process

To initiate a relationship with GreenPoint, please contact us here After sending a request, a member of our Project Management Team will schedule a brief kick-off call to quote you a price and discuss our services. Following the call, you will receive a copy of our standard Engagement Letter and Legal Assignment Sheet along with further information on how to proceed.

After connecting with our Project Management team, an assignment can be initiated at any time with GreenPoint.

After an initial kick-off call, our Project Management team will share a copy of our standard Legal Assignment Sheet, which can be utilized to initiate a matter with us at any time. We also accept requests via email or phone if the matter is pressing.

Ordinarily, we require an overview of the project/deliverable, along with the budget and deadline to initiate a matter.

Once our Project Management team receives your assignment – comprising a project overview, deliverable, budget, and deadline – we immediately begin confirming a GreenPoint attorney for your project.

Attorneys are assigned based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to – the project’s deliverable, practice area, bar licensures, the deadline/attorney’s availability, etc.

Once your GreenPoint attorney has confirmed they can take up your project, our Project Management team will introduce you to them directly so the work can commence.

Indeed, once your attorney is assigned to your project, they are your ‘associate on demand’ and they are available to discuss all matters with you candidly and confidentially. We encourage our attorneys to maintain a consultative relationship with our clients and always hold lines of communication with them.

In the unlikely event that your attorney is unreachable, our Project Management team can be reached at any time.

In the unlikely event that you’re displeased or unsatisfied with your attorney, you can of course request a replacement from our Project Management team

This in turn helps your practice to budget its outsourced services costs carefully and predictably.

At the start of the next calendar month after your project’s completion, we will send you a detailed invoice with a measurable breakdown of the work completed by your GreenPoint attorney. You will only be billed for the actual time spent on your project.

We accept payments through wire transfers, Zelle, credit cards, and (in some circumstances) cheques. Please note that there is a 3% charge assessed on credit card payments.
