Attorney DY holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers College. Bar admissions in New York and New Jersey.

DY currently works full-time for GreenPoint Law & Compliance and previously served as a career prosecutor in New Jersey handling complex criminal, commercial and administrative litigation and settlements.

DY’s expertise extends to drafting persuasive briefs in criminal cases, encompassing various legal issues, such as Fourth Amendment violations, due process “vagueness doctrines”, and challenges to confessions obtained in violation of Miranda v. Arizona. He is also well-versed in addressing the invalidity of regulations issued under the Administrative Procedures Act.

Before establishing his private practice, DY held significant positions at the Office of the Bergen County Prosecutor in Hackensack, NJ, where he skillfully represented the State of New Jersey in Superior Court, overseeing white-collar crime investigations to managing the Narcotic Task Force. He consistently ensured the constitutionality of investigative actions, the propriety of arrest decisions, and the success of prosecutions.

Attorney CB is licensed in New York and California and possesses extensive legal expertise in federal and state litigation, contract negotiation, bankruptcy, real estate law, and regulatory and environmental compliance. Education includes a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Rochester.

In past roles, CB managed wireless infrastructure projects and a significant federal and state litigation caseload – including Telecommunications Act disputes, contracts, and tort claims. Her responsibilities included legal research, outside counsel management, risk mitigation strategies, and training initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize risk. Additional experience includes providing counsel on telecommunications cell site facilities, dispute resolution, and negotiations with local jurisdictions. She also managed teams for turn-key services in wireless telecommunications, site acquisition, compliance, and warranty resolution.

CB ran a solo law practice, handling complex commercial and litigation cases for a diverse clientele, including wireless telecommunications carriers. Earlier roles encompassed civil litigation, bankruptcy, commercial real estate, and general practice.

RI is a member of the California State Bar Association and holds a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Bar-Ilan University.

Her career encompasses diverse legal roles, including engagements in prominent and small law firms and as a solo practitioner. She excels in civil litigation, corporate incorporation, organizational matters, and Registrar of Companies filings. This includes drafting and editing employment contracts, conducting meticulous document reviews, organizing and summarizing corporate due diligence, and drafting commercial contracts.

RI was previously the principal of Family Legal Ease, a San Diego-based law firm where she dedicated a decade of her career and skillfully managed civil litigation cases. She is skilled at drafting pleadings, efficient form management, conducting discovery, engaging in settlement conferences, mediation, complex legal research, and case analyses.

RI’s earlier career highlights include serving as an associate and supervising attorney at Marcus Family Law Center, PLC, an associate attorney at Kolod, Wager & Nolan, APC, and Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP, where she specialized in insurance defense litigation. RI has also supported criminal cases in the past and lent her legal acumen to All-Star Maintenance, (San Diego) as the company’s corporate counsel and legal administrator, with responsibilities including incorporation, registration, and dissolution of legal entities, corporate filings, contract drafting, and litigation information review and analysis.
